PWG Memberships

Includes current, degree seeking Yale graduate and undergraduate students.

Graduating Students:  Membership typically remains valid thru the end of May for those graduating in the spring or December for those graduating in the Fall. 

Summer Recess: Students returning for the Fall semester, will retain their membership over summer recess. 

Agreement Billing Monthly Membership:  $35/Month

Does not expire unless canceled by member.
Membership fee auto billed to credit/debit card each month.

Paid in Full Annual Membership: $420/Year

Paid in full at the time of activation.
Expires one-year from the date of activation. 

Paid in Full Monthly Membership: $37/Month

Paid in full at the time of activation.
Multiple months may be purchased at the time of activation.

Individual must have a YNHH ID badge as verification.

Verification of Alumni status will be completed at the time of activation.

Includes all retired Yale, Faculty & Staff and Yale New Haven Hospital employees.

Individuals must provide proof of retirement from Yale University or YNHH.  Proof of retirement includes documentation from the Yale University or YNHH Human Resources including either a letter or an email sent to pwg@yale.edu confirming retirement.

Paid in Full Annual Membership: $504/Year

Includes anyone within the household of a current Yale Community PWG Member. This includes spouses, partners, dependents, roommates, etc. (who are 18 years of age and older) of Yale Students, Yale Faculty/Staff, Yale New Haven Hospital Employees, Yale Retirees, and Yale Alumni. 

If the sponsoring PWG Membership expires, is canceled or terminated, the PWG Household Sub-Membership will also expire.

PWG Members are responsible for the actions and behaviors of their sponsored Household Sub-Member. 

Rates for Household Sub-Memberships do not include the membership fee for the sponsoring PWG Member. 

PWG Members may sponsor up to four Household Sub-Members at one time. 

Current PWG Member must be present at the time of activation or send an email confirming that they are sponsoring the individual as a Household Member.  

Individuals must provide proof of their relationship via documentation of a shared address, marriage, civil union, or legal guardianship. Proof includes: 

• A utility invoice/bill listing both names of the current PWG Member and Household Sub-Member.
• A lease/rental agreement or mortgage statement listing both names of the current PWG Member and Household Sub-Member
• Separate invoices/bills with shared address of the current PWG Member and Household Sub-Member
• Government issued identifications with a shared address of the current PWG Member and Household Sub-Member
• Yale Spouse ID for the Household Sub-Member
• Documentation of marriage, domestic partnership, or civil union
• Documentation of legal guardianship

Includes any dependents 16 or 17 years of age within the household of a current Yale Community (Yale Students, Faculty, Staff, Alumni) PWG Member. 

 PWG Members are responsible for the actions and behaviors of their sponsored U18 Household Sub-Member. 

Rates for U18 Household Sub-Memberships do not include the membership fee for the sponsoring PWG Member. 

PWG Members may sponsor up to four U18 Household Sub-Members at one time.

If the sponsoring PWG Membership expires, is canceled, or terminated, the U18 Household Sub-Membership will also expire.

PWG Members must be the legal guardian of the U18 Household Sub-Member.

Current PWG Member must be present at the time of activation.

U18 Household Sub-Members are sponsored by the current PWG Member. 

U18 Household Sub-Memberships cannot be renewed or purchased online.

Individuals must provide proof of legal guardianship.

Includes dependents of current PWG Members. Jr. Household Sub-Members must be between 5 and 15 years of age and accompanied by their legal guardian at all times. 

PWG Members are responsible for the actions and behaviors of their sponsored Jr. Household Sub-Member. 

Rates for Jr. Household Sub-Memberships do not include the membership fee for the sponsoring PWG Member. 

PWG Members may sponsor up to four Jr. Household Sub-Members at one time.

If the sponsoring PWG Membership expires, is canceled, or terminated, the Jr. Household Sub-Membership will also expire.

PWG Members must be the legal guardian of the Jr. Household Sub-Member.

Current PWG Member must be present at the time of activation.

Jr. Household Sub-Memberships cannot be renewed or purchased online.

Individuals must provide proof of legal guardianship.

Non-Yale Community members are not eligible to sponsor others a Household Members. 

A valid government issued ID is required at the time of activation.
