PWG Guest Passes

Guest Passes allow current PWG member to sponsor another individual for a one-time pass to PWG.  

Guest Pass General Information & Guidelines

  • Guest Passes allow current PWG member to sponsor another individual for a one-time pass to PWG.
  • Guest Passes are valid for one-visit per person. 
  • Guests must always remain with the sponsoring member. The sponsoring member is responsible for the actions and behavior of their guest.
  • Before completing your purchase, you will need to enter the guest’s name, phone number and email address. Your guest will also need to sign the PWG User-Agreement and Waiver.
  • Guest Passes expire two days after the date of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for unused passes.

Redeeming a Guest Pass at the PWG Welcome Desk

  • When checking into the PWG Welcome Desk, the member will check in as per normal and inform the staff they would like to redeem a Guest Pass for their guest.

Harvard Yale “The Game” Weekend Guest Passes

Current Harvard students may utilize Payne Whitney Gymnasium at no cost during The Game Weekend:

  • Friday, November 21st, 
  • Saturday, November 22nd
  • Sunday, November 23rd. 

Current Harvard students must complete the PWG Guest User Agreement and Waiver. If the student is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must complete the PWG Guest User Agreement and Waiver.

Upon completion of the PWG Guest User Agreement and Waiver, an email will be sent from donotreply@connect2mycloud.com. This email must be presented at the PWG Welcome Desk for access.
